Everything was perfect! Our Junior Deluxe Suite was spotlessly clean, well appointed, services daily and views of the sea. I got sick a couple of days in (tummy upset - eating away from the hotel, was just bad luck) the staff of the Sala Danang fussed over me, sending special tea with ginger to our room, making me toasted cheese sandwiches which was all I could stomach for a day. The oldest son flew in from Shanghai to meet up for his birthday and the staff heard and set up a special dinner table on the rooftop for a celebration dinner. We were greeted at their magnificent buffet breakfast each morning by name - this is a big hotel for hundreds of guests and they make everyone feel so welcome. The selection covered every possible taste and cultural desires, with eggs and pho cooked to order as well. We booked an extra night before having to head south basically because we just didn't want to leave. There were hugs when we left with vows to return. Thank you to Vinh, Lam, Kwan, Phuong and all the rest of the beautiful humans at Sala Danang! From Miss Tania and Mr Darrin.

It far out-weighed my expectations, what a beautiful place, from the Doorman that greeted us every staff member made us feel special, nothing was too much trouble. The Breakfast Room was a real eye opener, every taste was exceptionally catered for, the food was delicious so even we could sample the Vietnamese choices as well as our full English! The guest rooms were spotless, there was wine, fruit and cake in my room on my arrival along with a personal message welcoming me to the hotel and at the end of my ten night stay my bed had been decorated with rose petals spelling out a thank you message for staying with them. I certainly found all the staff exceptionally warm and friendly a credit to the hotel which I will most definitely return to without doubt.

From the warm welcome at check-in to their attentiveness throughout, they made me feel at home. They were always ready to assist with a smile and provided excellent recommendations for local spots and activities. The location of the hotel is outstanding as well. It’s just a short walk from the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It’s also convenient for exploring the best of Da Nang, with easy access to both city attractions and quieter beach areas. The combination of great service and a prime location made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommend Sala Danang for anyone visiting the area!

This was our favourite hotel of our whole trip. The staff are very friendly, helpful and kind. Our room was decent sized with a very comfortable bed and an amazing shower. The team let us check in 2 hours early after a long journey on a night train, which was a lovely touch. The pool/bar area was very nice even though the weather was too cold to use the pool. The choice at the breakfast buffet was huge and we had something different to eat every day, all to a high quality. Location is good, near the beach and within 20 minutes walk to the dragon bridge and markets.

Breakfast Spread was fantastic and the location was near to the beach. Massage nearby was good but few and you have to walk further down for more options. The Hotel concierge service helped us book out day tour to Hoi An and marble mountains at a reasonable pricing but they could have arranged for a driver that can communicate with a little bit of English as ours didn't understand any. Overrall, i would recommend my friends to come here for the stay for it's location to the beach and the wonderful facilities and view.
