My recent long stay at the Sala Danang Beach Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warm Vietnamese hospitality, making our stay truly memorable. Our 18th-floor partial sea view room offered breathtaking panoramic views, both during the day and at night. The views were simply stunning and added a touch of magic to our experience. The hotel's attention to detail truly impressed us. The welcome fruit, wine, cake, and personalised handwritten note were a delightful surprise. The thoughtful gesture of a red envelope for Tet (Lunar New Year) and another thank you note on our departure, along with a small gift, were such sweet touches. Our room was a haven of comfort. The bed was firm and supportive, guaranteeing a good night's sleep, and the pillows were good. A wide selection of TV channels kept us entertained. While the option to connect an HDMI cable was appreciated, the Wi-Fi signal, unfortunately, wasn't strong enough for smooth streaming of services like YouTube and Netflix. Breakfast was a good standard, with a wide variety of options to choose from. My advice would be to arrive early, as it does get busy. The swimming pool area is another gem, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. While the restaurant on the 25th floor boasts a gorgeous setting and incredible views, our dining experience there was a little disappointing. Although the staff were absolutely lovely, our lamb chops were served cold and tough, possibly due to the food being prepared on a different floor. Despite this, the restaurant is definitely worth a visit for drinks and to soak in the ambiance. The spa at the Sala Danang is a must-visit. My first experience, a deep sports massage and coffee scrub, was wonderful. The staff are highly skilled and the spa itself is a tranquil and inviting space. My second treatment, a hot stone massage, was simply the best I've ever had – truly exceptional!

Everything was perfect! Our Junior Deluxe Suite was spotlessly clean, well appointed, services daily and views of the sea. I got sick a couple of days in (tummy upset - eating away from the hotel, was just bad luck) the staff of the Sala Danang fussed over me, sending special tea with ginger to our room, making me toasted cheese sandwiches which was all I could stomach for a day. The oldest son flew in from Shanghai to meet up for his birthday and the staff heard and set up a special dinner table on the rooftop for a celebration dinner. We were greeted at their magnificent buffet breakfast each morning by name - this is a big hotel for hundreds of guests and they make everyone feel so welcome. The selection covered every possible taste and cultural desires, with eggs and pho cooked to order as well. We booked an extra night before having to head south basically because we just didn't want to leave. There were hugs when we left with vows to return. Thank you to Vinh, Lam, Kwan, Phuong and all the rest of the beautiful humans at Sala Danang! From Miss Tania and Mr Darrin.

My first visit to Vietnam for the occasion of my Son’s marriage to his beautiful Fiancé and everyone in my party was made to feel welcome by the wonderful staff. It far out-weighed my expectations, what a beautiful place, from the Doorman that greeted us every staff member made us feel special, nothing was too much trouble. The Breakfast Room was a real eye opener, every taste was exceptionally catered for, the food was delicious so even we could sample the Vietnamese choices as well as our full English! The guest rooms were spotless, there was wine, fruit and cake in my room on my arrival along with a personal message welcoming me to the hotel and at the end of my ten night stay my bed had been decorated with rose petals spelling out a thank you message for staying with them. I certainly found all the staff exceptionally warm and friendly a credit to the hotel which I will most definitely return to without doubt.

Fantastic breakfast spread which changes everyday that we were there, ranging from sourdough breads to local foods. Our room was incredibly spacious with a huge bathroom. Despite the room being described as partial sea views, we had great views of the sea! Because of the way the room was laid out, we did not even notice the 'obstructed' view when lounging on the sofa/bed. Excellent service from all the staff, from the receptionists, to housekeeping and even the doorman! The receptionist was wonderful in inviting us to have afternoon tea at the lounge while we waited for our room to be ready. Even the doorman came to provide us with complimentary drinks while we were hailing our grab ride. The staff were all friendly without being annoyingly ingratiating.

My stay at Sala Hotel was absolutely unforgettable. From start to finish, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. A special and heartfelt thank you to the kind and professional manager, Tram, who truly made my experience extraordinary. She upgraded me to their largest and most beautiful room – the Kyoto Room – and personally arranged airport transportation for me. What truly touched me was her presence during my departure; she was there to see me off, which was a rare and thoughtful gesture. Tram deserves all the respect and appreciation for her warmth and dedication. Sala Hotel is lucky to have her. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, luxury, and genuine hospitality. I will definitely return!
